Appointments

The initial appointment will look in depth at your case history:  injuries (past and present), surgeries, digestive and sleep problems, etc. Gait and posture will be assessed. In addition to brain based exercises, strengthening and mobility work may also be incorporated.

Subsequent appointments will use a baseline movement to test relevant cranial nerves and parts of the brain. By assessing movement or sensation before and after each exercise, we can determine how the brain responds to that exercise and continue accordingly. Each appointment will involve a follow-up chat, exercise progressions, assessments, and some hands-on massage therapy treatment. 

Rates include HST, and a cancellation notice of 48 hours is appreciated. The full fee will be charged if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given. Payment accepted by e-transfer or cash as there is no debit machine.
